Santomera Bay is led by Josep Esteva (Managing Director), bachelor´s degree in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University, former Accenture consultant and MBA from IESE. He supervises and provides strategic and operational insights to all Santomera Bay portfolio companies, their CEOs and a team of +30 professionals, and works closely with the group founder, Alejandro Alcaraz, who instills his refined instinct and leads unique partners to areas where transformation is needed, identifying game-changing opportunities.

Josep is also a chair of a number of advisory boards and executive committees from our portfolio of companies and investments. He previously acted as Managing Director at Pace Gastro, one of Santomera Bay’s portfolio companies.
